Internal/external alterations to building to convert existing office accommodation into 4 no. apartments (retaining all Listed Building elements) including erection of single-storey, lean-to structure and associated works

Internal and external alterations to dwellinghouse. External alterations include: removal of 2 timber sheds, summerhouse, stone bench and garden stone wall. Erection of a timber-clad studio for use as ancillary office, bike and garden store, provision of landscaping thereto including a telescope stand and one mounted CCTV camera. Provision of one free-standing CCTV camera. Erection of a timber fence to the western boundary of the site over existing stone wall to a maximum height of 1.5 metres.
