Internal and external alterations to dwellinghouse. External alterations include: removal of 2 timber sheds, summerhouse, stone bench and garden stone wall. Erection of a timber-clad studio for use as ancillary office, bike and garden store, provision of landscaping thereto including a telescope stand and one mounted CCTV camera. Provision of one free-standing CCTV camera. Erection of a timber fence to the western boundary of the site over existing stone wall to a maximum height of 1.5 metres. Provision of hard landscaping to provide parking space to the northern boundary of the site, installation of a free-standing electric vehicle charger and erection of a metal fence and gate. Replacement of doors and windows including removal of non-original dormer windows and oriel window and installation of roof lights and replacement roof tiles Internal alterations include: finishes to refurbished roof including insulation; glazed screen to entrance lobby removed; removal of non-original finish from beams in living room; exposure of original stone to stairway; refurbishment of staircase; provision of ground floor WC; provision of ensuite to bedroom and removal of gypsum plaster within the living room and replacement with lime plaster
