Plus planning permission for a mobile unit on the site to serve the purpose of residential accommodation, currently used as a drivers' room, with kitchen for staff to make tea, lunch etc; a seating area with a TV while waiting on jobs or breaks (drivers' hours), also includes a toilet and shower facility due to the job (moving animal by-products).
