Variation of condition No. 1 on planning approval PL/2019/01928/MINFOT to allow the replacement barn to be relocated outside the residential curtilage of Arbour Farm. The location of the replacement barn currently encroaches into the domestic curtilage of Arbour Farmhouse it is proposed to move the consented barn so that it is positioned outside of this curtilage, substituting approved drawing No. 1465-01 RevA with drawing No. 21-59-02.

Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission dated 20th March 2020 (PL/2019/03198/PPFL) for the change of use of land and buildings for use as a children's farm Namely: to increase the limits to visitor numbers from 2 families to 4 at any one time, plus up to 12 group visit per year and limit the number of cars on site to 8 at any time.
