Amendments to planning permission dated 12.07.2023 (PL/2023/01075/MINFHO) for two storey side extension and front porch alteration. Namely: Amend and regularise roof design.

Amendments to planning permission dated 02/11/2021 reference PL/2021/01756/MINFHO for a rear extension together with forward extension and porch and roof alterations. Namely: To change the front lounge window from 2 No. windows to 1 No. window, amend the materials of the single storey rear extension and amend size and location of the 2 No. rear dormer windows.

Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 3rd December 2019. (PL/2019/02615/MINFHO for alterations and extensions to existing dwelling. Namely for: size of extensions to be reduced, internal alterations, proposed chimney removed from scheme, and proposed glazed canopy removed from scheme on planning approval.
