Amendments to planning permission dated 03.09.2019 (PL/2019/01332/PPRM) for: Erection of 48 residential apartments and three ground floor commercial units (Use Class A1-A5), with associated parking and landscaping, and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: amendment to update Tree Pit details.
