Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Discharge condition No. 3 (Materials) on planning approval PL/2020/00827/MINFHO dated 15/07/2020 for new gates/boundary wall and garden shed.

1 No. sycamore tree and 1. No. oak tree - 20% reduction with a crown lift of between 4-5m and the removal of all dead wood. 2 No. beech trees - 20% reduction and removal of dead wood, along with the overhanging branches onto the greenhouse and shed in the rear garden of No. 16 Blythe Way and a crown lift of between 4-5m. 1 No. beech tree in the garden of No.34 Brueton Avenue (by the rear boundary of No. 18 Blythe Way) 20% reduction with a crown lift of between 4-5m and the removal of all dead wood.
