Fell yew tree (T1). Tree is dying back from the tips and the ends of the branches are now dead with no give or flex. The trees canopy is sparse and needles are falling off. The die back looks to be historic and has been like this for a few years. The tree is progressively getting worse. The tree is a shared tree with a boundary fence nailed to both sides. It has also been TEMPO assessed and the score comes out at under the merit for protection. The tree is in the back garden and has very limited public visual amenity value. As the tree is under this score and declining in health, the clients are putting in a six weeks notification of their intention to remove the tree.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Removal of front conifer trees and erection of wooden boundary fence.

Fell oak tree (T1) due to location in neighbour's garden close to boundary and over dominates garden of 42 Arden Close. The tree is close to the house and has outgrown the space available. T1 is an unsuitable tree for this location and should be removed to limit any future damage to the house and boundary fence.

(T4) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to excessive lean on tree and root plate movement. (T5) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to lean on tree and decay at base of tree. (T7) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to damage on stem and included bark areas weakening stability of branches. (T8) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to stem damage. (W2) Silver birch tree (Betula pendula), common holly tree (Ilex aquifolium), rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia), pedunculate oak tree (Quercus robur) - Deadwood oak tree overhanging boundary and prune back from neighbour's garage to give 2m clearance, deadwood oak tree overhanging internal path. Thin out holly tree understory by 10%, remove marked up trees due to safety and health issues, remove twin stemmed tree that grows through the boundary fence. (W10) Mixed species group of trees x 50 (Group, mixed species) fell dead tree near wood store, fell holly tree growing out of side of fence, remove deadwood from the canopies of trees over the open areas and footways. G6) Common ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior), common holly tree (Ilex aquifolium) - Remove 11 Ash trees from group to open up space and give space for remaining trees to develop and grow. (T3) Pedunculate oak tree (Quercus robur) crown reduce by 30% (3m height reduction and other works).

Oak tree (T154 - T159) - 2m tip reduction & 3m lift. Oak tree (T164 - T165) - 2m tip reduction & 3m lift. Mixed species hedgerow blackthorn, hazel, holly, hawthorn trees (166) - Reduce vegetation in order to construct boundary fencing. Group of oak trees (T167) - 3m tip reduction & lift to allow for height of scaffold lift. Oak tree (T167) - 1 No. tree felled due to overhanging of proposed plot boundary.

Reduce the height of hawthorn tree hedge to 3 metres and in addition to cut the trees (Nos. 1-19) back to 1 metre of the boundary fence. Remove a significant amount of dead wood on 1 No. tree and a small amount of dead wood on another.

Remove overhanging limbs of conifer trees back to the boundary fence where they are growing into the neighbour's garden.

Cut back branches up to boundary fence on 1 No. sycamore tree (T1).
