Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 14th December 2018 (PL/2018/00989/PPFL) for the erection of 43 dwellings including 26 market dwellings and 17 affordable units with associated access and landscaping. Namely : Change of house types on plots 12, 12A, 14, 15 from bungalows to two storey dwellings and amendments to layout of plots 22 & 24 to divide garages into utility room and cycle store.
