Variation of Condition 4 (obscured glazing) on planning permission dated 17/08/2022 reference PL/2022/00853/MINFHO for: Demolition of existing detached garage, single storey side extension and conservatory, construction of detached garage and two storey side extension. Namely: Removal of the obscurely glazed side windows serving the bedrooms facing 4 Whitefields gate and 285 Whitefields Road.

Variation of condition 3 of planning permission dated 27th January 2014 (PL/2013/00070/FULM) for the construction of a concrete pad and associated operational development and change of use of land to carry out wood chipping operations. Namely: to allow the wood chipping operation hereby approved shall run concurrently with the mineral extraction and landfill operations at Berkswell Quarry or to 31st December 2031, whichever is the later.
