Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Amend plots 4, 5, 8 and 9 into three bedroom dwellings and incorporate both vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates into the site.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission PL/2018/02731/MAJFOT dated 28th March 2019 for a hybrid planning application for the demolition of the existing buildings; an outline planning application for up to No. 330 (C3) residential dwellings and for up to 100,000 square feet (GIA) of car dealerships including MOT facilities (Sui generis) with all matters reserved apart from access and scale; and a full planning application for No. 242 (C3) residential dwellings and a full planning application for a single car dealership including MOT facilities (Sui generis) including a new vehicular access from Dog Kennel Lane, a new vehicular access from the existing A34 Cranmore Boulevard roundabout, tree removal works, landscaping, infrastructure upgrades and drainage works. Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission PL/2018/00559/PPFL dated 18.06.2018 for demolition of existing building and erection of 32 Apartments (11 No. one bedroom & 21 No. two bedroom), car parking, landscaping and ancillary works. Namely: Amend site plans to provide block paving finish as indicated on drawing No. 1055/05D.
