Non-material amendment for planning permission PL/2021/00352/PPFL dated 18th August 2021 for demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of ancillary residential accommodation for: amendment to fenestration design and locations to allow reconfiguration of internal layout.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Amend plots 4, 5, 8 and 9 into three bedroom dwellings and incorporate both vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates into the site.
