The demolition of the existing rooftop plant room and the erection of additional office space partially covering the existing roof. The alteration of the existing vehicular access to form a new central combined entry and exit point and dedicated disabled parking together with new soft landscaping along the street frontage.

Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/2019/01252/PPRM dated 27.09.2019 for erection of a new office building (Use Class B1), and technical centre (Use Class B2) with associated internal access road, vehicle calibration track, car parking, cycle storage, substations, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: Alterations to: (a) link building, (b) office plant deck screen, (c) technical building window and door detailing, (d) technical building internal detailing and (e) site external works.
