Prior notification for the erection of a steel portal framed building for general purpose agricultural use. It will be constructed with natural grey fibre cement sheet roof over walls constructed of part metal box profile cladding and part concrete panels. There will be roller shutter doors with separate personnel doors to both gable ends to allow easy access from each end. It is proposed to form a hardcore apron around part of the building allow access with agricultural machinery in all weather conditions.

Prior notification for the erection of first floor extension to mirror the appearance of the existing ground floor and to be constructed of identical materials to match the existing in colour form and texture with a maximum roof height of 7.3 metres as per the submitted plans.
