Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Amendments to planning permission 25 March 2022 (PL/2020/01993/PPFL and appeal APP/Q4Q4625/W/21/3285876) for: demolition of the existing garden centre and associated buildings, and the erection of an extra care facility (Use Class C2) comprising: a village care centre; 39 No. one and two bedroom care suites; 46 No. one and two bedroom care apartments; and associated works, including car parking, access, landscaping and associated engineering works. Variation of Condition 1 and removal of condition 5 on approval PL/2020/01379/PPFL dated 08.10.2021 for full planning permission for the demolition of existing building and erection of 48 No. retirement living apartments for older people (Sixty years of age and/or partner over fifty-five years of age), guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking, and landscaping. Namely: Revise site access to utilise existing site access on western boundary and alter layout of car parking and buggy store. Remove condition 5 as dropped kerbs no longer required.

Amendments to planning permission dated 18.11.2019 (PL/2019/02653/VAR) for: variation of Condition 1 and Removal of Condition 16 of planning permission dated 12th March 2019 (PL/2018/02763/PPFL) for the demolition of Oliver House and the erection of the new Marston Green Medical Centre incorporating a range of healthcare services and facilities for the public along with a retail pharmacy, cafe and associated car parking; Namely: for relocation of the previously proposed MRI unit and associated scanner within the single storey wing of the building, the introduction of a self-contained plant room and raising of the single storey wing roof height by 1.6m. Removal of the proposed Exercise Referral Area from internal layout which renders condition 16 unnecessary. Namely: non-material amendments to layout.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Amend plots 4, 5, 8 and 9 into three bedroom dwellings and incorporate both vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates into the site.

Variation of condition 1-approved plans - of planning approval PL/2018/03432/PPFL -Demolition of double garage and erection of a new dwelling in infill plot at 51 Lovelace Avenue with proposed extensions to 51 Lovelace Avenue; Namely: Minor material amendments to first floor accommodation, roof design and elevation details.

Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission PL/2018/00559/PPFL dated 18.06.2018 for demolition of existing building and erection of 32 Apartments (11 No. one bedroom & 21 No. two bedroom), car parking, landscaping and ancillary works. Namely: Amend site plans to provide block paving finish as indicated on drawing No. 1055/05D.

Variation of condition no. 1 (drawings) and 7 (materials) on PL/2018/01555/PPFL (Demolition of garage at No. 72 and erection of five detached dwellings with associated access and landscaping) to change house type on plot no. 5.
