Fell Norway maple (Crimson king) tree T1 to near ground level, outgrown location and causing damage to fence and neighbouring property patio.

1 x Oak tree: Cut back 3m of growth overhanging neighbours' side to eliminate overhang. Tree marked a number 7 on sketch. 4 x Alder trees: Reduce height and spread by 3 metres of alder trees along the fence line. This will eliminate overhanging branches into neighbours' garden. Trees marked as 1, 2, 3 and 4 on sketch below. 2 x alder trees: Pollard at 25 feet Alder tree that is leaning heavily over into neighbours' garden to eliminate overhang, tree marked as number 5 on sketch. Pollard at 25 feet Alder tree, that is dying to remove all dead wood and make safe, marked as tree 6 on sketch.

2m clearance with a crown lift on horse chestnut tree (T1) that has one singular low bough that is very close to shed. Cut to ground level 5 No. cypress trees (T2 - T6) to the right of chestnut and oak trees, sitting further forward than small ones that are on back fence, to give further space and light in the garden and free up room for the mature trees they like, all from left to right, In garden with house to back.

Fell yew tree (T1). Tree is dying back from the tips and the ends of the branches are now dead with no give or flex. The trees canopy is sparse and needles are falling off. The die back looks to be historic and has been like this for a few years. The tree is progressively getting worse. The tree is a shared tree with a boundary fence nailed to both sides. It has also been TEMPO assessed and the score comes out at under the merit for protection. The tree is in the back garden and has very limited public visual amenity value. As the tree is under this score and declining in health, the clients are putting in a six weeks notification of their intention to remove the tree.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Reduce ash trees (1, 3,5, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17) significantly because of excessive shading. Ash tree 17 to be removed entirely as it is moving the fence causing the garden to be insecure. A number of the trees are condominant, take one of the forks out.

T1 - Mature yew tree located to the back left of the garden reshape by hedge cutting and a 2-4 feet (0.6 - 1.2m) reduction off the sides and top. T2 - Smaller yew tree located in the middle back fence trim hedge.
