Removal of front conifer trees and erection of wooden boundary fence.

Fell oak tree (T1) due to location in neighbour's garden close to boundary and over dominates garden of 42 Arden Close. The tree is close to the house and has outgrown the space available. T1 is an unsuitable tree for this location and should be removed to limit any future damage to the house and boundary fence.

Oak tree T1 - Dead wood, sympathetically reduce back by 1.5-2m on garden side back to suitable growth points, and thin out by 20%. on inner crown to allow more light to pass through. Thinning lightly and reducing the garden side will allow more light into the area without over pruning the tree. Fence line vegetation - Cut back to fence to keep maintained.

(T1) Pedunculate oak tree (Quercus robur) crown reduce by 30 % (2m height reduction and 2m reduction of lateral branches and shape) due to cavity at base of tree. (T4) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to excessive lean on tree and root plate movement. (T5) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to lean on tree and decay at base of tree. (T7) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to damage on stem and included bark areas weakening stability of branches. (T8) Aspen tree (Populus tremula) fell and carry out stump treatment of herbicides to ensure no regrowth before stump grinding; due to stem damage. (W2) Silver birch tree (Betula pendula), common holly tree (Ilex aquifolium), rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia), pedunculate oak tree (Quercus robur) - Deadwood oak tree overhanging boundary and prune back from neighbour's garage to give 2m clearance, deadwood oak tree overhanging internal path. Thin out holly tree understory by 10%, remove marked up trees due to safety and health issues, remove twin stemmed tree that grows through the boundary fence. (W10) Mixed species group of trees x 50 (Group, mixed species) fell dead tree near wood store, fell holly tree growing out of side of fence, remove deadwood from the canopies of trees over the open areas and footways. G6) Common ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior), common holly tree (Ilex aquifolium) - Remove 11 Ash trees from group to open up space and give space for remaining trees to develop and grow. (T3) Pedunculate oak tree (Quercus robur) crown reduce by 30% (3m height reduction and other works).

T1 - Fell and remove 30' high conifer tree, restricting shrubs and hanging into No.3 garden. T2 - Fell and remove 33' silver birch tree, self-set, distorted and very close to fence. T3 - Fell and remove 56' high conifer/leylandi tree, now too large, restricting light and restricting shrubs. T4 - Crown reduce 60' high silver birch tree by a maximum of 3m, to improve evening light. T5 - Fell and remove 36' high conifer/leylandi tree, restricting light and growth of ground plants.

Crown reduce oak tree at the front right of property (marked Tree 1 in sketch plan) by up to 1.5 metres, lift any lower branches over footpath up to 2 metres where necessary. Cut back by up to 2 metres one side overhanging driveway on oak tree to the left hand side of the property on the other side of the fence by up to (marked Tree 2 on sketch plan).

1. Yellow dogwood tree, pruning 3m back to main trunk - Crown reduction by up to 3m. 2. Ash tree, pruning on thin branches on the top of the trunk, crown reduction by up to 3m. 3. Maple tree, pruning all over by 3-4 feet, crown reduction by up to 3m. 4. Conifer tree, tree dead, remove. 5. Pear tree, cut back main branches by 1-2 ft, 1-2 m crown reduction. 6. Holly bush tree - cut back to hedge height, 5-6m crown reduction. 7. Apple tree, minor pruning, thin out. 8. Conifer tree (next door's tree) remove overhanging branches (picture supplied) prune back to hedge, ie. prune north facing branches, overhanging fence line by up to 3m in branch length and to a maximum height of 2m above ground level.

Fell and remove, including stump grinding, oak tree at the front right of property (Marked Tree 1 in sketch plan). Cut back by up to 2metres one side overhanging driveway on oak tree to the left hand side of the property on the other side of the fence by up to (Marked Tree 2 on sketch plan).

Oak tree (T154 - T159) - 2m tip reduction & 3m lift. Oak tree (T164 - T165) - 2m tip reduction & 3m lift. Mixed species hedgerow blackthorn, hazel, holly, hawthorn trees (166) - Reduce vegetation in order to construct boundary fencing. Group of oak trees (T167) - 3m tip reduction & lift to allow for height of scaffold lift. Oak tree (T167) - 1 No. tree felled due to overhanging of proposed plot boundary.

Variation of Condition 6 (tree removal) Condition 9 (playing pitch layout) and Removal of Condition 12 (emergency access) of planning permission dated 5th December 2019 (PL/2019/01908/MAJFOT) for the erection of new single storey building adjacent to existing junior school.; NAMELY: to amend tree removal plan, amend playing pitch layout to include relocated artificial grass pitch and porous macadam court with perimeter mesh fencing and enable emergency access to be used as a nursery access with new zebra crossing including new Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).
