Proposed erection of part first floor, part two storey side extension. Proposed garage conversion to include associated replacement window. Proposed lean to roof covering side passageway. Section of boundary wall to be infilled with brickwork to match adjacent wall heights.

Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/2020/02813/MINFHO dated: 03.02.2021 for: Conversion of existing garage and car port to study, shower room, utility and store room plus repositioning for front entrance door. Namely: The insertion of new window to ground floor w/c shower room located on boundary wall with adjacent property.

Replace existing block drive with gravel. Replace existing blocks at property boundary, by garage door and front door with new blocks. Replace edging blocks with new edging tiles, and extend edging around the bay and hall windows.
