Namely: Removal of the obscurely glazed side windows serving the bedrooms facing 4 Whitefields gate and 285 Whitefields Road.

Extension to front of garage to go out by 2m of existing garage door. Porch to be in line with new garage. New garage opening to be bricked up and replaced with window. Hanging tiles to be applied to new porch roof construction.

In line with TPO and conditions of planning inspector (Appeal reference APP/Q4625/W/20/3247933) undertake minor pruning of the oak tree. The canopy is currently oversailing the roof of the proposed garage which is under construction. While crown raising, and pruning has taken place by the construction company in 2004, concerned that the canopy could damage the roof of the garage if left as it currently is.
