Conversion of garage to dwelling rooms. Demolition of existing flat roof across first storey street facing facade replaced with pitched roof. Demolition of conservatory to rear, replaced with single storey extension. Change of hedge line within boundary.

Demolition of rear boiler housing. Addition of rear single storey garden room and extension of utility. Partial conversion of garage to wc/wet room. Addition of low level retaining walls to reduced planted areas within driveway. Removal of two small section of planted areas to driveway. Driveway to be resurfaced.
