Certificate of lawful development for proposed alteration of roof to former additional living accommodation; (1) Hip to gable conversion on the side of the property. (2) Dormer addition to the rear. Height of dormer is lower than the ridge line. Face of dormer is set back more than 200mm from the eaves along the plane of the roof. (3) Roof lights that do not protrude more than 150mm from the face of the roof to be added to front and rear roof slopes. (4) Additional volume created is less than 50m3. (5) Materials proposed are similar in appearance to the existing house. (6) No enlargement extends beyond the outside face of any existing external wall.

Conversion of an existing, 18 bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) to 8 No. self-contained residential units (Use Class C3(a)). The works to consist of internal alterations and minor, localised side extensions to the existing building.
