Namely: Amend plots 4, 5, 8 and 9 into three bedroom dwellings and incorporate both vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates into the site.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 14th December 2018 (PL/2018/00989/PPFL) for the erection of 43 dwellings including 26 market dwellings and 17 affordable units with associated access and landscaping. Namely: for minor material changes to windows details including removal, internal floor plans, door canopies, door position, bin store, visitor parking, landscaping, driveways and POS footpath detail (See DSP letter dated 18th February 2021 for full details).
