NAMELY: to incorporate a rooflight to the front elevation.

Prior notification for change of use from office use to provide three self-contained 1 bedroom studio apartments. The apartments are accessed from a dedicated entrance at the rear of the property via a communal staircase. Each of the three apartments will contain a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen. Each of the proposed apartments has large windows providing natural daylight and ventilation into all of the habitable rooms.
