Namely : For 1 No window removed from bedroom gable wall (Clear Glazed, 1.125m FFL - cill, 3.0m FFL - head), 1 No. window to landing gable wall repositioned, and height adjusted from 1.125m FFL - cill and 3.0m FFL - head to 1.875m FFL - cill and 3.225m FFL - head, window remains clear glazed as approved and is still situated behind first floor sitting room roof and is not visible from the side boundary.

Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 29.04.2021, application reference PL/2021/00782/MINFHO for: Existing window to study replaced with bay window. Front porch formed with new gabled roof. Existing conservatory footprint retained to form dining room with new hipped roof with Velux. Existing window to kitchen change to be full height. Namely: To remove the proposed ground floor bay window to the study and revert back to the existing window, and to amend the size of the velux in the rear dining room.
