Amendments to planning permission dated 18.11.2019 (PL/2019/02653/VAR) for: variation of Condition 1 and Removal of Condition 16 of planning permission dated 12th March 2019 (PL/2018/02763/PPFL) for the demolition of Oliver House and the erection of the new Marston Green Medical Centre incorporating a range of healthcare services and facilities for the public along with a retail pharmacy, cafe and associated car parking; Namely: for relocation of the previously proposed MRI unit and associated scanner within the single storey wing of the building, the introduction of a self-contained plant room and raising of the single storey wing roof height by 1.6m. Removal of the proposed Exercise Referral Area from internal layout which renders condition 16 unnecessary. Namely: non-material amendments to layout.

Construction of a lean-to conservatory across rear of property (5060mm wide x 3000mm deep). Includes a dwarf wall (600mm) on the south east and north east facing sides and a full-height wall sloping (2650mm to 2830mm) following the angle of the lean-to roof on the south west side on the boundary to neighbouring property. Requires removal of existing drain at rear of property and rerouting of gutter downpipe to north east side of house to feed into existing drain (property's drainage system does not differentiate between foul water and surface water). Requires demolition of existing, dilapidated 2m x 2m outbuilding as shown on site plan.
