New roof to storm canopy. Reduction in width to front garage and conversion into living room. Form external side passageway. Removal of existing rear conservatory and erection of staggered two storey rear extension with additional rear loft flat dormer and increase in ridge height of the main roof. 2m hedging to inner perimeter of existing side front brick walls to No.14 and No.18. Proposed tarmac driveway to replace existing block paved driveway.

Reduction of dormer width to reinstate the roof profile and change of material from render to tiles.

Certificate of lawful development for proposed roof extension/loft conversion including a rear dormer.

Certificate of lawful development for a hip-to-gable roof with rear dormer.

Non-material amendment to replace single door to double door to the main front entrance on ground floor, added loft with dormer slight angled flat roof (single ply membrane) and Juliette balcony added, replace fixed glazing in between patio doors to brick wall to match existing bricks, add obscured window to the toilet in loft for natural ventilation following planning approval PL/2023/00890/MINFHO.

Certificate of lawful development for proposed reconstruction of existing roof to exact existing dimensions and geometry with formation of a rear dormer extension for loft conversion for domestic use. Roof light added to front of existing roof.

Remodeling of house to include alterations to existing first floor dormer roof, render to front elevation, ground floor front extension and porch and new pitched roof to front elevation (Revision to plans approved under application PL/2022/02518/MINFHO).
