Variation of Condition 1 of Planning permission dated 21.08.2019 reference PL/2019/01772/MINFHO for: New pitched roof to replace existing flat roof on single storey side extension and new canopy roof and extended porch to front. Namely: The addition of a gable above the window at the front and bifold doors at rear, and the design of the porch altered to a mono pitch canopy extending along the front of the house.
