Amendments to planning permission dated 07/10/2020 reference PL/2020/01282/MINFHO for: Alterations and extensions to existing dwelling to include single storey extension to rear and side of existing house to form kitchen, family room and utility/boot room, new bay to rear of living room, and new dormer to rear of existing roof, plus internal alterations and extension to existing outbuilding, with two new dormers to side. Namely: Alterations to main house ground floor plan affecting external door and window locations to side and rear, modified glazed lantern and roof light layout over kitchen, alterations to side entrance porch, modified design to first floor rear extension and modified dormer to rear

Variation of Condition 1 of Planning permission dated 21.08.2019 reference PL/2019/01772/MINFHO for: New pitched roof to replace existing flat roof on single storey side extension and new canopy roof and extended porch to front. Namely: The addition of a gable above the window at the front and bifold doors at rear, and the design of the porch altered to a mono pitch canopy extending along the front of the house.

Remodelling of dwelling house to include: Alterations to existing first floor front dormer. Alterations to garage and front porch including erection of lean-to roof. Two storey front extension. Roof reconfiguration including raised ridge height. Rendering and timber cladding. Revision to fenestration.

Remodelling of existing dwelling house to include: Single storey front extension. First floor side extension. Roof replacement and raised ridge height. Rendering and timber cladding. Revision to fenestration.

Removal of the existing single storey rear and side extensions. Two storey and single storey rear extension. Reduction of width of garage. Two storey front extension including new bay window element and gable feature at ground and first floor level. Construction of new roof including increase in overall height, with loft conversion and bays to front elevation with gallows brackets. Front and rear dormers. Rear first floor balcony. Remodelling of house with new fenestration and inclusion of Edwardian design features.

Demolition of existing conservatory. First floor extension to side of house and two storey extension to rear to provide enlarged kitchen/dining and garden room with additional bedroom above. Rear two storey extension to provide enlarged living and bedroom accommodation. Addition of window to utility front elevation and addition with pitched roof to flat roof above. Addition of 2 windows adjacent to main entrance door. Addition of roof lights (front elevation) and dormers (rear elevation).

Amendments to existing approved application PL/2021/00163/MINFHO: Addition of a 31m3 dormer to the rear, addition of roof lights to the front roof, two rear windows on the first floor changed for full-height windows, increase in size of the rear kitchen extension. Original approved dimension was 3.72m, and the built kitchen measures 4.1m, due to a foundations issue. Changes in the size of south elevation ground floor windows in order to comply with the conditions set in the original approved application. Chimney stack which was originally removed until roof level has now been completely removed above roof level. A bathroom window has been blocked up on the first floor north elevation. House has been completely rendered in order to hide the mismatching bricks all around the house.

Change flat roof on garage and utility to pitched and form canopy roof across front of house over downstairs windows and addition of porch.

Loft conversion with additional roof light to front of house and a dormer windows to the rear.

Non-material amendment for alterations to House Type A: Gable added to bedroom 1 window to all plots, window to bedroom 1 increased in width to match lounge window below, window added to en suite bathroom, roof pitch reduced to 30 degrees from 32.5 degrees, eaves and soffit taken down to head of first floor windows, Plot 2 now has render to front elevation, Plot 1 and 3 remain all brickwork versions, following PL/2017/02193/PPFL.
