Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 23.01.2023 reference PL/2022/02324/MINFDW for: Two storey detached dwelling, double garage and ancillary site works. Namely: Increase in ridge height to front and rear gable, amendments to front porch, addition of front bay window, amendments to chimney design, amendments to fenestration, addition of two roof lights on single storey rear flat roof, increase in ridge height of detached garage, change in footprint of detached garage, removal of front garage door on detached garage, removal of door and window on detached garage.

Single storey porch. Single storey side roof amended to become continuous and abutment windows to be installed. Removal of 1 No. chimney stack. Single storey rear extension.

Non-material amendment to replace single door to double door to the main front entrance on ground floor, added loft with dormer slight angled flat roof (single ply membrane) and Juliette balcony added, replace fixed glazing in between patio doors to brick wall to match existing bricks, add obscured window to the toilet in loft for natural ventilation following planning approval PL/2023/00890/MINFHO.
