Amendments to planning permission dated 18.11.2019 (PL/2019/02653/VAR) for: variation of Condition 1 and Removal of Condition 16 of planning permission dated 12th March 2019 (PL/2018/02763/PPFL) for the demolition of Oliver House and the erection of the new Marston Green Medical Centre incorporating a range of healthcare services and facilities for the public along with a retail pharmacy, cafe and associated car parking; Namely: for relocation of the previously proposed MRI unit and associated scanner within the single storey wing of the building, the introduction of a self-contained plant room and raising of the single storey wing roof height by 1.6m. Removal of the proposed Exercise Referral Area from internal layout which renders condition 16 unnecessary. Namely: non-material amendments to layout.
