Very large and overgrown oak tree in the rear garden of known address above. This is causing many issues for tenant, landlord's property and neighbours surrounding. There is excess shading through many gardens and properties especially No. 4 and No. 2; the branches are encroaching on No. 2 property and also No. 4's conservatory. Concerns this may cause damage with bad weather this winter. There are low hanging branches and there are concerned they will break and fall. The tree is very large and with advice from contractor who attended site are for a 3 metre crown reduction and removal of limbs where needed. Can be seen from grove entrance position is rear left-hand side of garden.

Cut back a very large Oak tree, by 5 to 6m, that overhangs the conservatory and also blocks out the sunlight.

Crown raise by 4m, cut back from pavement and building side, crown thin by 30%, removal of deadwood on English oak tree (T1). Horse chestnut tree (T2) left hand side in rear garden overhanging neighbouring conservatory crown raise by 4m, cut back from building and full crown reduction of up to 1.5m.

Reduce limbs of oak tree by 3 metres back away from roof of house and conservatory due to risk of limbs dropping onto house and debris dropping off tree onto house and to offer more light for the property (TPO/00371). All works to be completed to BS3998:2010 for tree works.

Main branches overhanging the roof cut back by 3 metres, branches close to the power cables cut back 3 metres, also a 20% crown reduction on oak tree 1 in the front garden, 4 metres from the house. Overgrown tree and branches overhanging the conservatory/ house need main branches over hanging the house cut back by 4 metres to the main trunk and 5 metre height reduction of ash tree 1 in rear garden, 3.2 metres from the conservatory. 5 metre height reduction and branch over hanging the garage cut back 4 metres on ash tree 2, 6.2 metres from conservatory.

Remove dead wood, reduce lateral limbs growing towards conservatory by 2m, crown thin by 10% Oak tree (T1) in rear garden.

Cut back limbs of 1 no. Oak tree (T1) (Qurecus Robar) growing over conservatory to suitable pruning points by up to 3 metres.
