2m clearance with a crown lift on horse chestnut tree (T1) that has one singular low bough that is very close to shed. Cut to ground level 5 No. cypress trees (T2 - T6) to the right of chestnut and oak trees, sitting further forward than small ones that are on back fence, to give further space and light in the garden and free up room for the mature trees they like, all from left to right, In garden with house to back.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Remove one low limb on 1 No. cedar tree (T4) T4 - adjacent to the field in the north-west of the property and close to the shed. Remove low dead limb on 1 No. pine tree (T5) in same location as T4. Dismantle to ground level nearly dead Norway maple tree (T6).

T1 - Fell large sycamore tree positioned in the middle of the rear garden that is rotting and dropping dead wood and replant a specimen of choice in the garden. T2 - Prune the overhanging section of field maple tree positioned on the left of the rear garden by 1.2metres. T3 - Ash tree positioned on the right of rear garden remove deadwood overhanging shed, remove one small lower limb touching the shed roof, reduce one branch within higher canopy to improve the tree's natural shape.

Reduce oak tree back over garden by 3-4m to suitable growth points and remove deadwood over garden, to prevent any branches falling on the shed.

Fell to ground level (Section fell) & treat stump of ash tree (GC010751) - Presenting symptoms of hymenoscyphus frazineus (Ash Dieback). Prune to clear building by 2m English elm tree (GC010754, Tag 1092). Fell to ground level (Section fell) ash tree (GC010760, Tag 1010) - Inonotus hispidus (Shaggy polypore) bracket at 5m. Fell to ground level (Directional Fell) dead tree (GC010762). Prune to clear shed building by 1m ash tree (GC010764, Tag 1084). Fell to ground level (Directional fell) sycamore tree (GC010767, Tag 1017) - Dieback in upper crown. Remove basal and epicormic growth up to 2.5m on lime tree (GC010773, Tag 1071). Crown reduce to previous reduction points & shape apple tree (GC0107771100) - HS2 complaints.

Remove previously damaged limb back to trunk over shed and reduce length of overhanging limbs by 3-4 metres to suitable growth points of 1 No. mature oak tree.

Cut branch facing property by 10m and branch overhanging neighbour's garden by 15m on 1 No. blue cypress tree. Cut overhanging branches from neighbour's garden by 15m and cut branches breaking through fencing at the rear of the garden next to the shed on 1 No. laurel tree by 5m.

1 No. sycamore tree and 1. No. oak tree - 20% reduction with a crown lift of between 4-5m and the removal of all dead wood. 2 No. beech trees - 20% reduction and removal of dead wood, along with the overhanging branches onto the greenhouse and shed in the rear garden of No. 16 Blythe Way and a crown lift of between 4-5m. 1 No. beech tree in the garden of No.34 Brueton Avenue (by the rear boundary of No. 18 Blythe Way) 20% reduction with a crown lift of between 4-5m and the removal of all dead wood.
