Non-material amendment for the triangular window at north west elevation to be made slightly bigger, main entrance to the house changed form single glazed door with fixed side glazing, to single glazed sliding door, following planning approval PL/2021/00016/MINFHO dated 23.08.2021.

Non-material amendment for alterations to House Type A: Gable added to bedroom 1 window to all plots, window to bedroom 1 increased in width to match lounge window below, window added to en suite bathroom, roof pitch reduced to 30 degrees from 32.5 degrees, eaves and soffit taken down to head of first floor windows, Plot 2 now has render to front elevation, Plot 1 and 3 remain all brickwork versions, following PL/2017/02193/PPFL.
