Discharge condition No. 3 (Landscape) on planing approval PL/2019/02108/MINFHO dated 19/12/2019 for Two storey side/front extension, new garden shed, alterations to fenestration and dormer window, widening of driveway.

Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/2019/01252/PPRM dated 27.09.2019 for erection of a new office building (Use Class B1), and technical centre (Use Class B2) with associated internal access road, vehicle calibration track, car parking, cycle storage, substations, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: Alterations to: (a) link building, (b) office plant deck screen, (c) technical building window and door detailing, (d) technical building internal detailing and (e) site external works.
