Namely: To amend trigger point for delivery of enhancement of playing pitches.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27.09.2019 (PL/2019/01252/PPRM) for: Erection of a new office building (Use Class B1), and technical centre (Use Class B2) with associated internal access road, vehicle calibration track, car parking, cycle storage, substations, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: Non material amendment for the addition of roof top stacks to the technical centre and associated development.

NamelyY: development of a pre-cast concrete crib wall to Unit 2, moving Unit 1 300mm in a north westerly direction, the bin store to Unit 2 has been separated from the building by 2m, increase by 300mm to the finished site levels to Unit 1, increase to the eaves heights to both Unit 1 & 2, inclusion of a new turning head and associated amendment to the location of the cycle shelter for Unit 1, additional gas kiosk on the entrance road into Unit 3, and the PV area to Unit 1 has doubled to meet BREEAM requirements.

Non-material amendment to planning approval PL/2020/00828/PPRM dated 24.11.2020 for: Erection of 114 residential dwellings with parking, internal access roads, landscaping and all other details required by condition No. 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT, Namely French doors and Juliet balconies added to 2 bedroom apartments.

Amendments to planning permission dated 14.08.2017 (PL/2017/01205/PPRM) for: Erection of five warehouse buildings (Use Class B2/B8 with ancillary B1) with associated internal access roads, car parking, substations, service yards, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping. Namely: minor amendments to façade including relocation of mechanical grills, openings for pipes and introduction of two new humidifier condensers and minor amendments to the size of fencing.
