Non-material amendments including five key changes: Minor internal arrangement alterations, external feature fretwork amended to a folded cladding feature in white; back of house service yard fencing amended from natural colour to black; external valet bay roof form altered from a parapet to a mono-pitch and area of external tiles for a display vehicle has been extended (No changes to car parking arrangement) following planning approval PL/2022/01428/PPFL.

Non-material amendment to planning application PL/2020/00724/PPFL- Construct a youth sized artificial grass pitch (AGP) (5917 sq. metres) with associated features including six 15m high floodlights; 4.5m high mesh ball stop fencing; 1.2m and 2m high pitch barriers; 2.59m high maintenance equipment storage container (15 sq. metres); hard standing circulation areas and access with bollard lighting (1048 sq. metres); soft landscaping works, approved on 19/08/2020. Namely- to incorporate new recess and team shelters on proposed artificial grass pitch.

Amendments to planning permission dated 14.08.2017 (PL/2017/01205/PPRM) for: Erection of five warehouse buildings (Use Class B2/B8 with ancillary B1) with associated internal access roads, car parking, substations, service yards, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping. Namely: minor amendments to façade including relocation of mechanical grills, openings for pipes and introduction of two new humidifier condensers and minor amendments to the size of fencing.
