Amendments to planning permission 05 February 2021(PL/2020/02587/PPFL) for: the change of use and extension of existing retail space to flexible commercial/office space [A1,A2,A3,A5,B1] and 5 apartments on ground floor, and change of use and extension to form additional 13 apartments on first and second floor (18 apartments in total). NAMELY: to incorporate a rooflight to the front elevation.

Non-material amendment for the removal of extruding brick porch, projecting brick headers and chamfered window detail for the gable end and general proportions of elevation amended.
