Amendments to planning permission dated 14.04.2023 reference PL/2022/02374/MINFHO for: Ground floor extension and reconfiguration, first floor extension and loft conversion. Namely: Ground floor rear extension increase and changes to the main roof.

Non-material amendment to replace single door to double door to the main front entrance on ground floor, added loft with dormer slight angled flat roof (single ply membrane) and Juliette balcony added, replace fixed glazing in between patio doors to brick wall to match existing bricks, add obscured window to the toilet in loft for natural ventilation following planning approval PL/2023/00890/MINFHO.
