Non-material amendment to planning permission granted 15/08/2020 PL/2017/00939/PPFL- Demolition of existing bungalow and replace with a single 2 storey building comprising 6 No. apartments. NAMELY Removal of timber cladding, increase in width of front roof light to common area (communal staircase) and redesigned chimney to the side.
