Non-material amendment to internal reconfiguration of floor plan including the addition of offices and meeting rooms to flexible ancillary office space, forklift charging zone, trolley and pump truck storage relocated, removal and relocation of internal stairs, reposition of internal portal columns, alterations to roof, including relocation of access hatch, reduction of 3 No. service doors to 2 No. wider service doors, alteration to window positions, addition of external doors, fencing repositioned to accommodate plant zone, plant enclosure to be reduced in size and finished in metal, bin enclosure finished in metal, reallocation of active and passive car charging points (quantum to be retained) following planning approval PL/2021/03191/PPFL.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27/01/2022 reference PL/2021/02243/MINFHO for a single storey side and front extension, single storey porch extension, addition of roof light into side elevation of existing roof and relocation of side access gate and fence. Namely: To change proposed roof lantern to rear to a flat rooflight and addition of roof light to front porch.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27.07.2017 (PL/2016/03131/PPFL). Erection of a logistics operations centre incorporating storage & distribution (Class B8) and offices (Class B1a); new and altered public highway; car, motorbike and cycle parking; lorry and trailer parking, fuel storage and dispensers, vehicle wash facilities, security measures; lighting; drainage attenuation measures, boundary treatment, landscaping, planting, environmental works and associated ancillary works. Namely: alterations to the design, layout and materials of the multi-storey car park, additional smoking shelters on site, electrical connections included within the secure fence line and roof over pod 1 plant situated within the warehouse building.
