Amendments to planning permission dated 07/10/2020 reference PL/2020/01282/MINFHO for: Alterations and extensions to existing dwelling to include single storey extension to rear and side of existing house to form kitchen, family room and utility/boot room, new bay to rear of living room, and new dormer to rear of existing roof, plus internal alterations and extension to existing outbuilding, with two new dormers to side. Namely: Alterations to main house ground floor plan affecting external door and window locations to side and rear, modified glazed lantern and roof light layout over kitchen, alterations to side entrance porch, modified design to first floor rear extension and modified dormer to rear

Non-material amendments including five key changes: Minor internal arrangement alterations, external feature fretwork amended to a folded cladding feature in white; back of house service yard fencing amended from natural colour to black; external valet bay roof form altered from a parapet to a mono-pitch and area of external tiles for a display vehicle has been extended (No changes to car parking arrangement) following planning approval PL/2022/01428/PPFL.

Amendments to planning permission dated 18.11.2019 (PL/2019/02653/VAR) for: variation of Condition 1 and Removal of Condition 16 of planning permission dated 12th March 2019 (PL/2018/02763/PPFL) for the demolition of Oliver House and the erection of the new Marston Green Medical Centre incorporating a range of healthcare services and facilities for the public along with a retail pharmacy, cafe and associated car parking; Namely: for relocation of the previously proposed MRI unit and associated scanner within the single storey wing of the building, the introduction of a self-contained plant room and raising of the single storey wing roof height by 1.6m. Removal of the proposed Exercise Referral Area from internal layout which renders condition 16 unnecessary. Namely: non-material amendments to layout.

Non-material amendment for removal of the 2nd floor area within the roof space, removal of the hip to gable roof extension and removal of the 2 apexes to rear roof elevation in order to retain a more traditional roofline in keeping with the immediate dwellings either side of the house; extend the ground and 1st floor parts located to the front elevation of the house facing Streetsbrook Road by a further 3.25 m in length towards the highway in order to retain the more traditional streetscape, following planning approval PL/2019/02232/MINFHO.

Non-material amendment for formation of a parapet wall in place of a fascia board to the side flat roof and rendering the original brick wall of the garage, render to match remainder of the house following planning approval PL/2021/01562/MINFHO.

Non-material amendment for alterations to House Type A: Gable added to bedroom 1 window to all plots, window to bedroom 1 increased in width to match lounge window below, window added to en suite bathroom, roof pitch reduced to 30 degrees from 32.5 degrees, eaves and soffit taken down to head of first floor windows, Plot 2 now has render to front elevation, Plot 1 and 3 remain all brickwork versions, following PL/2017/02193/PPFL.
