Non-material amendment to planning approval PL/2019/00957/PPRM dated 07.08.2019 for: Erection of a two storey office building (Use Class B1a / B1b) with associated internal access roads, and reconfiguration of existing road, car parking, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: Addition of pergola at roof terrace level.

Amendments to planning permission 24th January 2019 (PL/2018/02643/PPFL) for: Development of two detached industrial units having B1b, B1c, B2 and B8 uses, ancillary offices, car parking, service areas and soft landscaping. NAMELY: for the addition of a 14m long steel test sampling platform at roof level of Unit 6502.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27.07.2017 (PL/2016/03131/PPFL). Erection of a logistics operations centre incorporating storage & distribution (Class B8) and offices (Class B1a); new and altered public highway; car, motorbike and cycle parking; lorry and trailer parking, fuel storage and dispensers, vehicle wash facilities, security measures; lighting; drainage attenuation measures, boundary treatment, landscaping, planting, environmental works and associated ancillary works. Namely: alterations to the design, layout and materials of the multi-storey car park, additional smoking shelters on site, electrical connections included within the secure fence line and roof over pod 1 plant situated within the warehouse building.

Amendments to planning permission dated 07.08.2019 (PL/2019/00957/PPRM) for: erection of a two storey office building (Use Class B1a / B1b) with associated internal access roads, and reconfiguration of existing road, car parking, landscaping and all other details Namely: new external door added to south west elevation; main entrance doors replaced with circular lobby sliding doors; double door set to roof terrace omitted; and new roof light proposed over second floor office space with clear glazing and framing to match curtain walling.
