Amendments to planning permission dated 18.11.2019 (PL/2019/02653/VAR) for: variation of Condition 1 and Removal of Condition 16 of planning permission dated 12th March 2019 (PL/2018/02763/PPFL) for the demolition of Oliver House and the erection of the new Marston Green Medical Centre incorporating a range of healthcare services and facilities for the public along with a retail pharmacy, cafe and associated car parking; Namely: for relocation of the previously proposed MRI unit and associated scanner within the single storey wing of the building, the introduction of a self-contained plant room and raising of the single storey wing roof height by 1.6m. Removal of the proposed Exercise Referral Area from internal layout which renders condition 16 unnecessary. Namely: non-material amendments to layout.

Non-material amendment sought for access to the back garden from lounge and kitchen, requiring 2 doors; bay window shape changed to rectangle from semi-circle, roof at the end of building and centre entrance resides on ground floor ceiling; no head clearance to enter the first floor rooms, there was variation in the roof level at the centre and at the edge. To keep same level throughout from one end to other, following planning approval PL/2021/01705/MINFHO.
