Crown reduction of the line of trees on the boundary of Castlewood School and the Neighbouring properties in TPO/00936. Reduce crowns of 14 x oak trees protected by TPO/00033. T1, T2 & T10 trees crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. T3, T6, T7 & T8 trees crown thin by 30% Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Lift lower crown to a height of 4.5m. T4 tree crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Cut back lower branches overhanging neighbouring property by approximately 2.5m. Where possible remove entire boughs. T5 tree crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Remove lower branch overhanging school. T9 tree crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Crown raise overhanging branches extending over buildings and paths where possible. T11 tree reduction of 2.5m. Crown raise. Opening up the space between the next adjacent T12 tree remove lateral branches extending towards T11. Crown thin. Remove dead. T13 & T14 trees crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Cut back to boundary lateral branches emanating from neighbouring oak tree.

Reduce one side overhanging right hand side boundary of oak tree (marked tree 1 on sketch plan 1') by approximately 2-3metres and reshape. Reduce one side overhanging left hand side boundary of oak tree (marked Tree 2 on sketch plan 1). The reason is due to excessive shading over the whole garden resulting in minimal sunlight throughout the year, limiting the ability to grow a lawn good enough for use. Also due to excessive leaves and other debris continually dropping out of the trees causing a large amount of mess and also a danger to children playing within the garden.

Fell to near ground level 2 alder trees (Trees 1 & 2 on sketch plan 1) at the rear of the property due to significant rot from previous limb failure and poor growth form, the result of overshadowing Lawson cypress trees in the neighbour's property overhanging the boundary. Reduce beech tree (Tree 3 on sketch plan) by approximately 2 metres due to the tree getting too large for its location and overhanging the driveway.

Section A (Holly tree) - Reduce crown height by maximum of 3m, remove overhanging branches by 2-3m to boundary line to a height of 3m. Remove holly tree overhanging into 25 Glendon Way. Section B (Hedgerow) - Remove all hazel stools and stumps to ground level to boundary. Section C (Hazel and holly trees) - Remove ivy and trim back by up to 1.5m. Section D - Removal of 1 No. willow tree.

Prune back tree T2 by 2m ooverhanging neighbours to boundary line, to suitable growth in line with BS3998.
