In line with TPO and conditions of planning inspector (Appeal reference APP/Q4625/W/20/3247933) undertake minor pruning of the oak tree. The canopy is currently oversailing the roof of the proposed garage which is under construction. While crown raising, and pruning has taken place by the construction company in 2004, concerned that the canopy could damage the roof of the garage if left as it currently is. Main branches overhanging the roof cut back by 3 metres, branches close to the power cables cut back 3 metres, also a 20% crown reduction on oak tree 1 in the front garden, 4 metres from the house. Overgrown tree and branches overhanging the conservatory/ house need main branches over hanging the house cut back by 4 metres to the main trunk and 5 metre height reduction of ash tree 1 in rear garden, 3.2 metres from the conservatory. 5 metre height reduction and branch over hanging the garage cut back 4 metres on ash tree 2, 6.2 metres from conservatory.

Fell and replace oak tree T2. Roots causing damage to garage. Approved work is not sufficient. Tree is causing on-going problems.

T1 Oak tree - Prune overhanging branches as far back as possible to suitable growth points without compromising the overall structure, remove associated dead wood throughout. T2- Oak tree - Prune away from outbuilding (garage) to gain a clearance of 1-2m (back to suitable growth points), sever ivy at base.

Pruning of co-leader on lime tree (T1), to reduce weight. Prune oak tree (T2), to clear house. Prune oak tree (T3) to clear garage. The trees are in separate gardens to the side and rear garden of 6 Bramshall Drive.
