Crown reduce by up to 2m (height, spread & reshape), 25% crown thin (removal of minor dead wood, crossing/rubbing branches & weak internal growth), remove epicormic growth up to 5m from ground level and removal of branch overhanging next door's roof.

Western red cedar tree T1 reduce side of crown from Tudor Place, giving a 2 metre clearance from the roof and window. Robinia trees T2 and T3 reduce side of crown by 2 metres. Reduce crown side of GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4 and GT5 by up to 2 metres and crown lift by 2.5 metres. Remove dead conifer tree at end of row of conifer trees GT7.

In line with TPO and conditions of planning inspector (Appeal reference APP/Q4625/W/20/3247933) undertake minor pruning of the oak tree. The canopy is currently oversailing the roof of the proposed garage which is under construction. While crown raising, and pruning has taken place by the construction company in 2004, concerned that the canopy could damage the roof of the garage if left as it currently is. Oak tree T2 to be crown thinned by 25% to enable light into houses No. 21 and No.17. Tree T2 to be crown lifted to 4 metres high to prevent lower branches obstructing driveway, and short the branches contacting the roof of No. 21 and No.17 by 3 metres.

Reduce canopy by 30% on oak tree (T1) that is close to gable end of property. Reduce canopy to property boundary on horse chestnut teee (T2) that is close to gable end of property. Reduce canopy by 30% on oak tree (T3) that overhangs garden and is close to gable end of property. Reduce canopy to property boundary on horse chestnut tree (T4) heavily overhanging 76 Winster Avenue. 30% canopy reduction on oak tree (T5) to clear from overhanging roof. 30% canoy reduction of crown on horse chestnut tree (T6) overhanging 55 KIngsland Drive.

Fell cedar tree (T925) leaning towards the house, causing impact risk, debris, light loss, dominance and overbearing, plus damage to roof, drive and damage to foundations, that cannot be addressed by pruning, replace with Scots pine tree or similar. Also work to Corsican pine tree (T929).

T1, oak tree - lift the lowest branches by 3-4m, prune branches overhanging house to give 3m clearance from roof and reduce canopy by 3m. T2, oak tree - lift the lowest branches by 3-4m and reduce canopy by 3m. T3, oak tree - lift the lowest branches by 3-4m and reduce canopy by 3m. T1, T2, T3, oak trees to remove any deadwood and remove new growth. T9, oak tree: lift the lowest branches & face back by 3 - 4m growth growing into rear garden of number 57 and reduce canopy by 3m. Remove any deadwood.

Prune beech tree (T1) to clear roof by 3m and 4m crown lift.

Reduce limbs of oak tree by 3 metres back away from roof of house and conservatory due to risk of limbs dropping onto house and debris dropping off tree onto house and to offer more light for the property (TPO/00371). All works to be completed to BS3998:2010 for tree works.

Main branches overhanging the roof cut back by 3 metres, branches close to the power cables cut back 3 metres, also a 20% crown reduction on oak tree 1 in the front garden, 4 metres from the house. Overgrown tree and branches overhanging the conservatory/ house need main branches over hanging the house cut back by 4 metres to the main trunk and 5 metre height reduction of ash tree 1 in rear garden, 3.2 metres from the conservatory. 5 metre height reduction and branch over hanging the garage cut back 4 metres on ash tree 2, 6.2 metres from conservatory.
