Crown reduce ash trees T1 and T2 by 1 - 2 metres to clear branches away from the building and window.

Western red cedar tree T1 reduce side of crown from Tudor Place, giving a 2 metre clearance from the roof and window. Robinia trees T2 and T3 reduce side of crown by 2 metres. Reduce crown side of GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4 and GT5 by up to 2 metres and crown lift by 2.5 metres. Remove dead conifer tree at end of row of conifer trees GT7.

Prune branches on the Sycamore tree within A1 group of trees as referenced in Schedule 1 of the TPO to reduce the height of the tree in line with the top windows of the block of flats neighbouring 36 Copstone Drive.

Tree 8 Mountain ash tree (Sorbus aucuparia): Remove dead wood. Tree 9 Common alder tree (Alnus glutinosa): Sever ivy, prune clearance from property (re-inspection required after ivy dies) to allow 1 allow 1.5m. Tree 10 Silver birch tree (Betula pendula): Fell to close to property, tree is within 2m of property and is also leaning towards the building). Tree 16 Common alder tree (Alnus glutinosa): Fell dead tree. Tree 18 Silver birch tree (Betula pendula): Clear ivy and inspect base to assess further inspection of the tree. Tree 20 Common alder tree (Alnus glutinosa): Prune clearance away from windows allow 2-3m. Tree 21 Sumac tree: Fell, split and wide-spread at low level. Tree 22 Sumac tree: Prune away from street light by 0.5m.

Clear branches away from the building and window by 1-2m to facilitate more light on ash trees (T1&T2). Reduce willow tree (T3) to previous points - 2 metre reduction. Lift overhanging limbs along laurel hedge line by 3m (T4).

Crown lift to 8m, cut back branches near windows on 1 No. lime tree at front of development, overlooked by 2, 12 and 24 Malvern Court.
