Existing vehicular gate and pedestrian gate to be replaced with 1500mm high vehicular timber slatted double door entry gate and 1200mm high timber slatted entry gate. 4. Removal of existing dilapidated timber constructed log store structures and replaced with single storey rendered store with GRP flat roof. 5. Open canopy log store with timber supports with GRP flat roof. 6. Planting of 2 No. silver birch trees. 7. 2.2m high feather-edged fence to match up to existing feather-edged fence located along Glovers Close. 8. Replacement of existing timber double doors to rear hall. Match existing with double glazed units installed and fully glazed sidelight. 9. Renewal of tarmac to the driveway for vehicular access and main driveway. 10 Natural stone paving added where indicated. 11. Internal staircase to the main house reconfigured. 12. Low level shrubbery added to the perimeter of the proposed wall as indicated.
