Remove T1 spruce tree, T2 conifer tree, T3 conifer tree, T4 conifer tree, T5 cotoneaster tree and T6 conifer tree, and replace with yew tree hedge (along remaining boundary with No.1 Ashleigh Road) and low level shrubs and plants.

Lateral limb reduction of 1 No. oak tree by between 1-3m (No.6990) and 1 sided crown reduction of 1 No. sycamore tree to boundary line.

Tree 1 'A' - 2 leylandii trees closest one to property is under 2 metres from house and the other one right next to it, the first tree to be felled as following work on the house the scaffolding partly broke some branches due to the closeness of it next to the house and following the removal of these and any dead branches, and to allow for the tree next to it space. It has been discussed and in agreement with neighbours in whose garden the trees are (75 Kineton Green Road) to fell that tree (as noted by neighbours who have felled similar trees these are of low amenity value) and then to reduce and maintain the height of the second tree again to the eaves/height of the house and trim back branches to 2 metres from the property as in high winds the branches sway and bang the guttering and roof which has recently been replaced. In addition, reducing the height would also allow sunlight into the garden as currently it is blocked due to the height of the tree. Trees 2 'B'- 4-5 large trees in the rear that is the boundary with 73 Kineton Green Road, to reduce and maintain the height from 50ft by 30% and shorten the branches by 1.5m again they block light into the house. This is also in line with neighbour No 3 Raddington Drive requesting the same as (PL/2022/02623/TCA) as the same boundary is with Kineton Green Road.

Fell to stump level 1 No. pine tree in corner, 1 No. heavily leaning oak tree, 1 No. unknown species of tree all along boundary line in rear garden. Feell to stump level 1 No. yew tree, 1 No. unknown species of tree, and 2 No. oak trees in rear garden.

Fell and stump grind silver birch tree (Tree 1). Fell to near ground level pyracantha tree (Tree 2). Cut back to boundary neighbours' mixed trees (Group 1).

Fell yew tree (T1). Tree is dying back from the tips and the ends of the branches are now dead with no give or flex. The trees canopy is sparse and needles are falling off. The die back looks to be historic and has been like this for a few years. The tree is progressively getting worse. The tree is a shared tree with a boundary fence nailed to both sides. It has also been TEMPO assessed and the score comes out at under the merit for protection. The tree is in the back garden and has very limited public visual amenity value. As the tree is under this score and declining in health, the clients are putting in a six weeks notification of their intention to remove the tree.

Crown raise branches of field maple tree (1) on pavement side to 4m, to avoid obstructing streetlight. Crown raise branches on hawthorn tree (2) on pavement side to 4m, to avoid obstructing streetlight. Reduce crown on building side of sycamore tree (3) by 2m boundary to avoid affecting neighbouring property at 23 Kixley Road. Fell and remove 14 elm and 1 cherry tree (Area A), dead trees in hedgerow on boundary with school drive.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Remove 2 branches on cypress tree (Tree 1) that are overhanging the boundary with 19 Gladstone Road. Reduce to a height of 2m pisardi plum tree (Tree 2) as this tree is diseased and several branches have fallen off. Cypress trees (Tree 3 and Tree 4) reduce by 3m to 5 m to bring them level with other trees on this boundary. Leylandii. Hedge 5 reduce by 3m to 5 m to make the hedge level along its length of approximately 20m.

Reduce the height of conifer tree on boundary 20ft (7m), to reduce the height in proximity to the buildings, and concerns of damage if it were to come down in a storm.
