Lift first 4 branches on 1 No. oak tree (T1) in rear garden to approximately 5 metres. Cut back to side 1 No. damson tree in neighbour's garden encroaching left hand side of rear garden, we would like to reduce the tree back 6 feet on the side that over hangs over the boundary.

Reduce the height of the trees forming a hedge between 55 St Bernard's Road and properties on Raddison Drive, at the request of residents of Raddison Drive. This work repeats a similar reduction made in 2015 under planning permission PP-04324741 that has now regrown. Reduce and reshape trees forming the boundary hedge with properties in Radisson Drive which have grown to be too large to serve as a hedge and shade the Raddison Drive properties excessively. Reduction will be by 3 or 4 metres, to bring the hedge in line with the height of adjoining properties (57 for example) and will be executed to retain some variation in the height across the trees. The trees to be reduced are all hedge conifers, and are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 on the plan supplied. See attached description of work and plan showing location of trees.

Removal of single leylandi cypress tree that has outgrown the site, the tree is in back garden close to the southern boundary.

Reshape to balance canopy T1 cotoneaster tree 6m x 8m. Prune to mushroom shape T2 corkscrew hazel tree 5m x 4m. Fell T3 apple tree 9m x 6m. Crown reduction T4 silver birch tree 15m x 12m <3m. Trim overhanging branches <1.5m retaining some green sapwood on T5 Lawson's cypress tree 22m x 10m. Reduce overhanging canopy <2m T6 beech tree 16m x 10m. G1 acer trees x 3 overcrowded thin out by removing Norway maple tree at front & light prune remaining Japanese maples <0.5m. G2 laurel ivy & laburnum head back overhanging vegetation <2m to boundary line, cut perimeter laurel hedging.

Reduce by 1.5m cotoneaster trees (T1 & T2) in rear garden standing right next to each other. Prune back hedge (H1) to the boundary line to keep the hedge healthy and manageable.

Fell 2 No. leylandi cypress trees (8 & 9). Crown lift of 2m and overhanging branches pruned to boundary line on 1 No. hazel tree (10). Crown reduction of 4.5m (20%), crown lift of 3m and overhanging branches pruned to boundary line on 1 No. leylandi cypress tree (11).

5 - Leyland cypress tree - Crown lift of 3m, crown reduction of 3m, overhanging branches pruned back to boundary line. 6 - Hinoki cypress tree - Crown lift of 3m, crown reduction of 4.5m from main trunk and second limb and overhanging branches to be pruned back to boundary line.

T17 sycamore tree & T16 sycamore tree: Healthy mature species recently face back on rear boundary without the land owners permission. Description of works: Crown reduce by 3-4 metres where required to balance canopy. Reasons for works: Due to the rear section of the canopy being removed the trees are now unbalanced and required reducing in especially on the left hand side trees also dominate the entire area and cause heavy shading to the relatively small rear gardens (Olton Mere side). T8 hornbeam tree: Heathy species interfering with BT phone lines Description of works: Crown reduce or face back from wires. Reasons for works: To prevent damage to overhead wires. T6 oak tree: Dead standing stem. Description of works: Fell and remove to a safe height. Reasons for works: Dead oak tree in residents car park high risk of part or full failure.

Crown lift weeping willow tree (2833) by 4m (Remove branches back to main stem). Crown lift boundary cypress tree group (2834) to 5.5m over road & 2.5m over verge. Crown lift mixed broadleaves group (1112) to 2.5m over back garden. Coppice boundary holly (19343); crown dieback and basal stem wound. Remove hazel tree (1111) limb over garden that is obstructing grassed area & crown lift to 2.5m over paddock. Remove hangers & crown lift sycamore tree (19345) to 2.5m over garden.

T1 robinia tree - In rear garden of 19 Granby Close over hanging into the rear garden of 21 Granby Close. Reduce overhanging branches by up to 3.5 metres (up to boundary) to suitable growth points and remove deadwood.
